Open A Folder

You can open folders in three ways:

1. Press Cmd+O or choose File > Open Folder.
2. Use Open in Intake from the Finder context menu.
3. Drag a folder onto the app icon in the Dock.

Each window is independent, so you can work with multiple folders at once.

Review Photos In The Grid

Photos appear in a scrollable thumbnail grid grouped by section.

Use these actions while reviewing:

Action	Result
Click a thumbnail	Select one photo
Cmd+Click	Add or remove a photo from the selection
Shift+Click	Select a range of photos
Scroll	Move through the grid
Cmd+R	Refresh the folder view

Move Photos Between Sections

Move selected photos with either the keyboard or drag and drop.

Shortcut	Moves to
T	Todo
C	Candidates
K	Keep
E	Excess
R	Reject

To use drag and drop, drag a thumbnail or selection onto the destination section header.

Use Fullscreen Viewer

Open the fullscreen viewer by clicking a thumbnail.

Action	Shortcut or gesture
Next photo	Right Arrow
Previous photo	Left Arrow
Zoom in or out	Pinch on the trackpad, or use + and -
Pan while zoomed	Drag
Close viewer	Esc
Move the photo to a section	T, C, K, E, or R
Toggle windowed/fullscreen mode	Shift+Cmd+F

By default, the fullscreen viewer stays on the current macOS Space. You can change that in Settings.
