If you have encountered a bug in one of our
products then please send an e-mail to
support at berryware dot com and include the
following information:
1. Name
2. E-mail Address
3. Product
4. Product Version
5. Operating System
6. Problem Description
7. Steps To Reproduce
8. Appropriate Input/Output Files *
* For example, if the product is
SQLMatcher then the SQL scripts
that reproduce the problem should be included in this
submission. Error log files should also be included if
relevant.
